The cocktail reception is something that has been made popular from the USA. They normally get married on a beach, then whilst the sun is setting they have their photo's taken, meanwhile there is an acoustic act singing to the guests whilst cocktails are given out.
This is becoming very popular over here, we entertain the guests whilst they are having drinks and waiting for the wedding breakfast. The songs tend to be a little more laid back compared to the evening sets and consist of songs with vocals as well as some instrumentals.
Usually, the cocktail reception lasts about an hour, but if requested beforehand we can play for longer at an additional fee.
The cocktail package consists of 3 guitarists, and an acoustic tower(unless booked as part of the 2 piece package). Due to it being in the daytime there is normally no need for the stage lighting but this can be added free of charge.
